Clearing the Reader Queue

At times an application may be held up in another user’s queue.
These steps may be followed by any Reader user to clear the queue so that you can continue
the review process.


Open Reader
Go directly to the bin where the application is currently sitting. Alternatively you may also use
the search tab to find the application by name. Then click the Display Copy button for the application of interest.


Once the application loads, click on the name at the very top of the display.

A popup window will appear then click the “Clear Reader Queue” link.


A new tab will open and display the applicant’s name and program. Verify this information
before you continue.
Type your initials in the box and click “Submit”
Once submitted, close the tab and return to the Reader view.


Refresh the page. The application should now offer the “Add to Queue” option. If it does not,
wait a few moments then refresh again. Repeat this step as necessary until you have the “Add
to Queue” option.
